Our privacy commitment

The Maria Voutsinas campaign collects only the information people choose to provide through campaign signup, volunteer, lawn-sign, resident-story, and contribution forms.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide campaign updates, coordinate volunteers and lawn signs, understand community priorities, administer contributions, issue receipts, and meet election-law obligations.

Campaign contributions

Contributions are processed by Stripe. Contributor information may also be collected, retained, disclosed, or reported where required by municipal election law and the City of Toronto’s campaign-finance rules.

Sharing and retention

The campaign does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with authorized campaign workers and service providers only as needed for campaign operations, security, legal compliance, or recordkeeping.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or removal of campaign contact information, or withdraw from campaign updates, by emailing info@votemaria.ca. Legal and financial records may be retained where required by law.
