Arthur Potts, former MPP for Beaches East York

I am proud to endorse Maria Voutsinas for Toronto City Councillor. I’ve seen firsthand what happens when neighbours come together. Strong communities aren’t built at City Hall. They’re built on sidelines, in school gyms, and at kitchen tables, and every great city is only as strong as its neighbourhoods.

Maria understands this. She brings energy, integrity, and a tireless work ethic to everything she does, and she will bring it to Ward 14. When Maria is your councillor, no email or phone call will go unanswered. She loves this community, and she will fight for every resident who calls it home.

I’m voting for Maria Voutsinas, and I hope you will too.

I will be forever grateful to Maria for her efforts and support for me and my TCM colleagues when we fought against deregulation a few years ago. Maria’s background as a longtime journalist with a multicultural lens gives her insight into the needs of many of her constituents.

Her determination and willpower, combined with her friendly, engaging demeanour and keen sense of justice, make her more than qualified for the role of Toronto Danforth city councillor.

Simply said, “Maria listens to you and gets things done!”
